Order Special ID*

Special IDs are available to those that wish to register their item, but does not have a serial number stamped on the skis or snowboard. You must provide a proof of purchase from an online retailer or store. Once we receive the order and proof of purchase, we will assign you a Special ID that can be registered in the system. We will create and send you a printed ID label (TZe Tape)  that can be placed on the skis/board to allow tracking of your item in the registry. Label with Special ID, S/H costs are included in the order–this will be a one time cost, unless you need the item replaced.

*For the label we are utilizing TZE “Strong Adhesive” Tape. It was designed to be suitable for: Harsh environments, rough or textured surfaces, durable to withstand scrapes and abrasions, resistant to; fading, water, sunlight, heat and cold.

TIPS: Once you get your label, find a smooth area on the top sheet near the binding, that will have the least interference. Clean first with rubbing alcohol, let dry, then peel the backing without touching the sticky surface (tweezers help) and apply. Smooth over with pressure a few times to ensure it’s well adhered.
